Welcome to the online and mobile services operated by Jhuxtello iTech Solutions (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the following platforms and related services:

  • JestVote.com – Online and USSD voting platform for awards, contests, and elections.

  • ApplySHS.com (formerly JestAdmissions.com) – Online platform for SHS admissions, and educational tools.

  • UniCutoffs.com – University cut-off guide and admissions insights platform.

  • JestVoucher.com – Instant WAEC checker and result PIN sales for WASSCE and BECE.

By using any of our websites, mobile apps, or USSD (*920*169#), you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Services Offered

  • JestVote: Vote for awards, elections, and contests via web or USSD.

  • ApplySHS (JestAdmissions): Online platform for SHS admissions, and educational tools.

  • UniCutoffs: Access university admission cut-off points and guides.

  • JestVoucher: Purchase WAEC result checkers (WASSCE & BECE) for instant delivery.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

3. Voting Rules (JestVote)

  • Each vote requires a successful payment.

  • Duplicate or fraudulent votes will be rejected.

  • Votes are final once payment is confirmed.

  • Organizers may disqualify suspicious activities.

  • Never approve a payment you did not initiate; such transactions are at your own risk and non-refundable.

4. Voucher / Checker Sales (JestAdmissions & JestVoucher)

  • Checkers are delivered instantly via SMS or email after successful payment.

  • Ensure your phone number and email are correct.

  • No refunds for approved transactions not initiated by you.

5. Payments & Mobile Money

  • Payments are processed through secure gateways (e.g., Paystack).

  • Supported networks: MTN, AirtelTigo, and Vodafone MoMo for web and USSD (920169#*).

6. Service Availability

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party network issues.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Do not hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems.

  • Use our services legally and accurately.

  • You bear full responsibility for payments you approve.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, software, and content are the intellectual property of Jhuxtello iTech Solutions and protected under copyright laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms signifies your acceptance of any changes.

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 10th July 2025

1. Voting Payments (JestVote)

  • All votes are final and non-refundable after successful payment.

  • For duplicate or failed transactions, contact support immediately.

2. Checker PIN Sales (JestAdmissions / ApplySHS / JestVoucher)

Refunds are considered only if:

  • You were charged but did not receive your PIN.

  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase within 10 minutes.

  • You report within 1 hour and provide proof (screenshot, reference ID, etc.).

Important: If you approve a payment not initiated by you, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, provide:

  • Your phone number

  • Transaction reference ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshot or proof (if available)

Refunds are processed within 3 – 7 working days after verification.
