These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platforms, including services offered via web and USSD *920*169#. 1. Services Offered
JestVote: Enables voting for awards, contests, elections, and related events via web and USSD.
JestAdmissions: Offers instant delivery of WAEC/NOVDEC/BECE checker PINs and educational tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
3. Voting Rules
Each vote requires a successful payment.
Duplicate or fraudulent votes will not be accepted.
All votes are final once payment is confirmed.
Organizers may disqualify suspicious or manipulated votes.
Do not approve any payment not initiated by you. If you do, you alone bear the consequences. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Voucher/Checker Sales
Checkers are delivered instantly via SMS or email upon confirmed payment.
Ensure the phone number and email provided are accurate.
Never approve payment not initiated by you or on your behalf. Doing so is at your own risk, and we will not issue a refund.
5. Mobile Money & Payments
Payments are handled through secure gateways like Paystack.
Our platforms and USSD code *920*169# support MTN, AirtelTigo, and Vodafone MoMo services.
6. Service Availability
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party disruptions.
7. User Responsibilities
Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the system.
Use all services legally and accurately.
Never approve transactions you did not initiated. You are solely responsible for the consequences.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and services are the property of Jhuxtello iTech Solutions and protected under applicable laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms means you accept those updates.

REFUND POLICY

1. Voting Payments (JestVote)
All votes are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
If you encounter a duplicate or failed transaction, contact support immediately.
2. Checker Sales (JestAdmissions)
PINs are delivered instantly upon payment.
Refunds are only considered if:
You were charged but did not receive a PIN.
You mistakenly purchased a duplicate within 10 minutes.
You report the issue within 1 hour and provide valid proof.
IMPORTANT: If you approve a payment not initiated by you, no refund will be issued.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with the following:

Description of the issue
Screenshot or other evidence (if available)
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
